Wind and Waffles
The wind was strong the whole day even in the harbor but that didn´t stop us going to check the islands for some puffin watching. We had passengers from Colombia, Austria, USA and England who enjoyed have good look at this cuties with colorful bills.
Engey was the site for having a look at the birds resting outside the nest, while Lundey was the best site for seeing the puffins resting at the surface of the water. There were a lot of them all around the island. We just have less than a month untill they will leave towards open sea so we invite everyone to join out tours and experience a close encounter with the very special wildlife of Iceland!
Because of cancellation on the whale watching trips we decided to keep the moral up in the office with some waffles and wipe cream, delicious!
