Nothin like a puffin!
The three o'clock tour started off with a smooth ride out of the harbour and then met some of the incoming waves from out in the bay. However, the sun was strong and we were greeted at Engey by many puffins both in the sea and outside their burrows. One puffin waddled out of its burrow and across the rocks before diving in the sea and swimming towards the boat as we watched in surprise!
As we circled Engey more and more puffins came out to sea and paddled around together on the surface. Finally we visited Akurey, the island closest to the terrific lighthouse Grotta and puffins were swimming and flying through the air around us.
